About the position

The Procurement Project Manager at Intel is responsible for executing procurement activities to facilitate the purchase of goods and services while ensuring compliance with established processes. This role involves managing the onboarding and offboarding of subsidiary and contingent workers, coordinating with supply chain leads, and overseeing the purchase requisition process. The successful candidate will act as a strategic partner within the Corporate Development team, supporting various procurement initiatives and ensuring effective communication across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Management of subsidiary worker and CW onboarding and offboarding.
• Engagement with supply chain and procurement leads to drive issue resolution.
• Coordination and management of the interim purchase requisition process and approvals.
• Execution of new supplier registration and onboarding.
• Purchase requisition tracking and approvals of supplier invoices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a project manager in procurement.

• Supply Chain knowledge and experience
• Experience working with SAP Fieldglass
• 1+ years of experience in Data Analytics
• Experience with MS Office Suite, including MS Teams and MS SharePoint Online.
