About the position

The Procurement Manager at Integra Beauty is responsible for leading the strategic planning of the supply chain, logistics, and inventory management teams across all brands. This role involves close collaboration with various departments to ensure effective procurement strategies that align with market demands and operational needs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to adapt in a rapidly changing business environment.

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership of the supply chain, logistics, and inventory management teams.
• Accountable for all supply chain, logistics, and inventory metrics of safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Drive key metric improvements around delivery, quality, and cost.
• Manage vendor relationships and implement sourcing strategies.
• Oversee purchase order management and participate in the SIOP process.
• Negotiate contracts, purchase orders, and spot buys with vendors.
• Lead the sourcing process from RFQ to contract signature.
• Ensure timely placement of purchase orders to support revenue plans and minimize stockouts.
• Build shipment schedules and communicate timing of shipments to the business.
• Manage inventory levels and implement fulfillment strategies to balance inventory across distribution centers.
• Support the SIOP process by analyzing data and proposing strategies for aligning supply and demand.
• Negotiate logistics rates and manage carrier relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, materials, operations, finance, engineering, economics, or related field with 5+ years of work experience.
• In lieu of a Bachelor's degree: 10+ years' experience in operations, specifically in supply chain, inventory, SIOP, demand planning, or related functions.
• Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using ERP, MRP, WMS, specifically NetSuite.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in a Shopify eCommerce environment.
• Experience sourcing beauty products from the Middle East, China, and other Asian markets.
• Contract negotiation experience.
• APICS certification, CPM certification, or PM certification.
• Experience with data visualization tools.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership.
