About the position
The Procurement/Supply Chain professional will support multiple regional categories in North America, engaging with business units and suppliers to align capabilities with strategic priorities. This role involves exploring creative supply solutions and contributing to sustainability efforts within a collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities
- Supporting multiple regional categories in North America such as Waste Management, Industrial Cleaning, Facility Management, Remediation, and Resource Recovery.
- Engaging with business units and suppliers to align supplier capabilities with strategic priorities.
- Exploring creative and strategic supply solutions for assigned categories.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Marketing, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering/Operations, Accounting and/or Sales and Marketing.
- Experience in negotiating service contracts, preferably in industrial manufacturing environments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage relationships with internal partners and suppliers.
- Team-oriented and capable of working in a multi-task environment with limited information.
