About the position
The Procurement Systems Analyst will play a crucial role in transforming the procurement processes at Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC by implementing and operating the enterprise's first source-to-order system. This position involves collaboration with various teams to enhance strategic sourcing, supplier management, and overall procurement efficiency, ultimately delivering significant value to the organization.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily maintenance, configuration, and execution of procurement systems.
- Work closely with Procurement Analytics and Systems team, Procurement Services, Corporate Disbursements, and IT teams.
- Monitor SLAs and ensure optimal performance of procurement systems.
- Assist in the creation of end-user training materials.
- Provide business process and technical support for Procurement Systems.
- Support multiple complex projects and changing priorities, working extended hours when required.
- Develop tools and templates to streamline procurement initiatives.
- Maintain active user profiles and company hierarchy within the procurement system.
- Partner with IT Support for smooth integration with other systems (ERP, HRMS, etc.).
- Perform data analysis to identify trends and opportunity assessments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business Administration, or Information Management.
- 2-4 years of experience with PeopleSoft, Microsoft Office Suite, and Procurement SaaS technology (e.g., Coupa, GEP, Zycus, Ivalua, Oracle Peoplesoft).
- Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage tasks within a matrix organization.
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
