The Produce Assistant Manager assists the Produce Manager in the oversight of daily produce operations and provides leadership and direction to achieve profitable produce operations. The Produce Assistant Manager is to assist the Produce Manager continually grow the team's capacity for efficiency, effectiveness, and service to meet the company's succession needs.
