Responsibilities

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of produce products and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist members with inquiries.
  • Ensure a clean, neat, and member-ready area for produce.
  • Receive and stock merchandise in an organized manner.
  • Maintain inventory levels to prevent out-of-stock and over-stock situations.
  • Understand and adhere to quality specifications for various types of produce.
  • Prepare products according to established standards and maintain product safety.
  • Utilize digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience.
  • Drive performance in the produce area and manage inventory effectively.
  • Model high-quality service and products as a talent ambassador.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Passion for and experience with produce.
  • Strong focus on member satisfaction.
  • Ability to adapt to change and different work scenarios.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to positively influence team members.
