Responsibilities

- Receive and stock merchandise in an organized manner.
- Maintain inventory levels to prevent out-of-stock and over-stock situations.
- Understand and adhere to quality specifications for various types of produce.
- Prepare products according to established standards and maintain product safety.
- Utilize digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience.
- Drive performance in the produce area and manage inventory effectively.
- Model high-quality service and products as a talent ambassador.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Passion for and experience with produce.
- Strong focus on member satisfaction.
