About The Position

As a part of our produce team at Sam's Club, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and freshness of the fruits and vegetables that our members purchase. Your responsibilities will include maintaining cleanliness, availability, and freshness of produce, while also providing exceptional customer service. Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting, and thanking members
• Provide exceptional customer service to members across the club
• Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area
• Receive and stock merchandise in an organized manner
• Maintain inventory to prevent out of stock and over-stock products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate other associates
• Understand processes related to quality of produce merchandise
• Prepare products according to established standards
• Leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve shopping experience
• Utilize inventory management techniques to stock and rotate products
• Model high-quality service and products in the department
• Comply with company policies and standards of ethics and integrity
• Complete work assignments by collaborating with managers and co-workers
