Responsibilities

  • Receive and stock merchandise in an organized manner, ensuring product availability.
  • Maintain inventory levels to prevent out-of-stock and over-stock situations.
  • Prepare produce according to established standards, ensuring quality and safety.
  • Utilize digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience.
  • Drive performance in the produce area, ensuring quality and date control standards.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Passion for and experience with produce.
  • Ability to maintain member satisfaction as a top priority.
  • Comfortable with change and adaptable to different work scenarios.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to positively influence team members.
