You will leverage digital tools to enhance sales and improve the shopping experience while driving engagement among your fellow associates. As an owner of your area, you will utilize inventory management techniques to stock and rotate products, ensuring quality and minimizing waste. Additionally, you will act as a talent ambassador, advocating for the department and club by modeling high-quality service and products. You will be expected to comply with company policies and standards of ethics, completing work assignments efficiently and collaborating with managers and co-workers to identify improvement opportunities. Requirements
