Responsibilities

• Stock and rotate merchandise in the produce and floral department.
• Trim, water, and merchandise products to ensure freshness.
• Maintain proper inventory control to maximize product availability.
• Answer customer questions about produce and floral products.
• Increase sales by handing out food samples and recommending additional items.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to frequently lift 35 pounds and occasionally lift up to 70 pounds.
• Must pass a Math Test.
• Experience in grocery retail, customer service, and cash handling is helpful.
• Must have TB Clearance.
• Must comply with all company policies and requirements.

Nice-to-haves

• 1 year of experience in produce or grocery retail (preferred).
• 1 year of customer service experience (preferred).
• 1 year of cash handling experience (preferred).
• TB Clearance (preferred).
