About the position
The Produce Clerk at Harp's Food Stores plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the operations of the produce department. Responsibilities
- Support produce department operations including staffing, supervision, and inventory preparation.
- Assist in replenishment and inventory processes including ordering and receiving.
- Maintain merchandising and sales floor standards such as stocking and display maintenance.
- Support fresh food preparation and production while adhering to food safety standards.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to address issues and improve processes.
Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Adaptable to different situations and able to respond to shifting priorities.
- Ability to interpret, understand, and follow instructions.
