Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting, and thanking members.
• Provide exceptional customer service to members across the club, answering any questions they may have.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area.
• Receive and stock merchandise in an organized manner.
• Maintain inventory to prevent out-of-stock and over-stock products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate other associates on tools and tasks.
• Understand processes and specifications related to produce quality and safety.
• Utilize digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience.
• Drive performance in the area by managing inventory and ensuring quality standards are met.
• Act as a brand advocate and inspire others to work in a respectful and team-oriented manner.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for and experience with produce.
• Ability to prioritize member satisfaction.
• Comfortable with change and adaptable to different work scenarios.
