An MLB Games & VR Producer is responsible for managing videogame and/or synthetic 3D baseball experiences from inception to completion. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of producing internal and external development of quality console and mobile games. You own products throughout their lifecycle. In this role, you will work closely with both internal and external development teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives. Effective communication is key, as you will be responsible for conveying project expectations to team members and stakeholders. You will manage and track tasks to ensure that schedules are maintained, and coordinate the validation of MLB logos and assets to help cultivate the MLB brand within the gaming community. You will partner with key stakeholders to ensure that projects are released on time and meet high-quality standards. Regular reporting on progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders will be part of your responsibilities, as well as tracking project milestones and deliverables. This position requires a high degree of flexibility in approach, balancing structure and process with the needs of a creative and dynamic environment.
