About the position

As an F&I Manager at AutoNation Honda West Knoxville, you will play a pivotal role in the vehicle purchase process, ensuring that customers transition smoothly from Sales to Finance. Your primary responsibility will be to welcome customers to the store, assess their financing needs through a consultative interview process, and present them with a fully transparent pricing menu that details their financing options and products. You will work directly with both customers and employees to build strong relationships, ensuring that every driver gets into the perfect deal. In this position, you will process finance transactions while ensuring 100% compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations. Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction will be crucial, as will building rapport to create a base of referrals. You will be expected to set and achieve targeted sales goals, gain superior product knowledge to assist customers effectively, and handle all administrative processes in a timely manner, adhering to company policy. Your role will be essential in providing an exceptional customer experience that drives loyalty and fosters a positive environment within the dealership. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
  • Ability to set and achieve targeted goals
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized
  • Prior sales experience preferred but not required
  • Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Experience and desire to work with technology
  • Valid in-state driver's license and an acceptable, safe driving record
