The Product Analyst will play a crucial role in the product team by collecting, interpreting, and organizing data to ensure that products meet customer expectations and business goals. Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze product-related data from various sources, including Snowflake w/ SQL, PowerBI Warehouse, CSV files.
• Create and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track product performance and user behavior.
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support product strategy and decision-making.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
• Track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) for products.
• Maintain accurate documentation of analysis processes, findings, and recommendations.
• Assist in developing and refining internal processes and tools for more efficient product analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Statistics or a related field.
• Previous experience in an analytical role and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake) and MS Office Suite, Outlook and other generally used business tools.
• Basic understanding of product management and development processes.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity.
• Exposure/understanding of subscription-based business models, and telecom industry.
