About the position

The B2B Salesforce Product Analyst role at Truist Bank is focused on supporting initiatives that impact the broader B2B Salesforce platform. This includes end-user support, change management, and measuring effectiveness. The analyst will assist in creating platform release notes, managing Salesforce Knowledge job aids, and tracking platform adoption metrics, while also supporting product owners in organizing and documenting outcomes from requirement gathering workshops.

Responsibilities

• Define future product requirements by researching existing client needs and industry trends.
• Create product documentation for new features and enhancements.
• Support business validations for product releases and maintain current product support documentation.
• Develop system testing plans and conduct testing with system enhancements.
• Support Truist's Digital Transformation initiatives and prioritize strategic digital investments.
• Monitor digital trends and extract insights for future enhancements.
• Track product findings and work with product and support teams for issue remediation.
• Support the development of digital roadmaps reflecting client and teammate needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, design, or technology field, or equivalent experience.
• One or more years of experience in banking, financial services, or digital roles.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and making independent decisions.
• Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid understanding of technology trends in the financial services industry.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly terminology.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software products.
