We are actively searching for an accomplished and dynamic Talent Access Product Analyst to join our Corporate Technology and Data team. As a key contributor to our team, you will lead the implementation and ongoing configuration of the company's Applicant Tracking System and supporting technologies. Your expertise will be pivotal to ensuring a successful transition and ongoing optimization of our Talent Access tools and technology. You will collaborate closely with business users and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements to achieve business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the Global implementation and configuration of new Applicant Tracking System
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in the Applicant Tracking System staying updated on industry best practices.
  • Continuously optimize configuration settings within ATS to enhance efficiency and user experience.
  • Serve as subject matter expert (SME) in Applicant Tracking System technology providing guidance to the team and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with business users and project managers to define technical requirements and identify technology enablers that support continuous improvement within business processes.
  • Develop task estimates, activity plans, forecasts, and project estimates associated with assigned functional area(s) and track system development and improvements.
  • Support the Kenvue Global Mobility team technology tools and implementation of new Relocation Management Company.
  • Play a critical role in incident response related to issues within the ATS and coordinate corrective actions with support team as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Proven Experience (3+ years) working with Applicant Tracking Systems implementations and Configuration SME.
  • 6-8 years of experience in product analysis or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate complex system problems to identify causes for shortfalls, user needs, and corollary factors.

  • Ability to think creatively and identify innovative solutions.
  • Workday experience particularly related to Job requisition business process.
  • Project/Program Management experience; ability to develop task estimates, activity plans, forecasts, and project estimates associated with assigned functional area(s) and track system development and improvements.
