About the position

ALTIVIA is seeking a highly analytical Product Analyst to join our team. Reporting to the Business Director and working closely with the Product Management team, this role focuses on driving productivity and efficiency through data-driven financial decision-making. The Product Analyst will gain in-depth exposure to the chemical industry, working on key projects that enhance pricing management, process improvement, and strategic planning across our business operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, improve, and execute global product management processes, supporting the needs of our commercial and product teams.
• Manage and optimize pricing systems across all ALTIVIA businesses, including customer price management, raw material pricing, invoice validation, and customer consignment.
• Create new processes and tools to improve pricing accuracy and speed.
• Package and model data in various formats (Excel, BI, etc.) for decision-making related to production, market, sales, and customer strategies.
• Perform costing analytics to drive better financial decisions.
• Plan and manage network inventory for customer planning.
• Track and improve forecast accuracy using data over time.
• Utilize and develop Microsoft BI databases and tools to improve access to real-time data for decision-making.
• Populate and track consumption and market-related databases.
• Provide internal and external presentation support.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering.
• 3 to 5 years experience preferred
• Ideal candidate will be organized, a strategic thinker, and a quick learner.
• Highly analytical with strong financial acumen.
• Experience in Profit and Loss statements and making financial decisions.
• Excellent communication skills.
