The Clinical Systems Product Analyst will play a pivotal role in the configuration and enhancement of Clinical Applications, including the eClinicalWorks EMR and other clinical systems at ArchWell Health. This position is designed for a proactive individual who will collaborate closely with end users across various markets to identify and address their needs. The analyst will conduct thorough research to understand the challenges or opportunities presented by end users, evaluate the current functionalities of clinical applications, and propose effective solutions. The ideal candidate should possess experience in implementing eClinicalWorks and other clinical applications in medium to large-scale environments, exhibit a product-oriented mindset, and demonstrate strong communication skills while adapting to a dynamic work environment. In this role, the Clinical Systems Product Analyst will assist in the research and development of product solutions, focusing on the ongoing development of eClinicalWorks and other clinical applications to effectively address end-user problems. Collaboration with the Information Technology team is essential for setting up and testing integrations and interfaces related to eCW. Once a new product is ready for implementation, the analyst will provide initial end-user requirements and functionality to Clinical Applications Training Specialists to facilitate the development of user training. As a core subject matter expert for clinical applications, the analyst will deliver support through the ServiceNow ticketing platform to resolve incidents or fulfill requests from market end users. The analyst will also lead eCW Data Extractions, including Health Information Exchanges and other data exchanges, to support member care. They will oversee eClinicalWorks upgrades and patches, recommend efficient workflows to enhance operational outcomes, and participate in core clinical systems upgrades and new functionality deployments. This includes building, testing, and devising workflows, as well as sharing the final product with Clinical Applications Training Specialists. The role requires collaboration with team members and vendors to resolve requests and issues from market end users, ensuring a seamless experience across all clinical applications.
