About the position

The Product Analyst - Customer Solutions role at Danone focuses on enhancing customer interactions by developing and delivering effective Sales Sync products. This position aims to improve the customer experience through the creation of front-end tools and integration with third-party platforms, ensuring that customer needs are met efficiently. The analyst will work closely with the Product Owner and Senior Product Owner to translate product vision into actionable solutions, ultimately contributing to business growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Agile team to empower effective data usage.
• Contribute to the product vision and backlog management.
• Ensure alignment between end-user needs and product delivery.
• Conduct exploratory and confirmatory analysis to identify product opportunities.
• Define and validate key metrics for product success.
• Support prioritization and communication of product delivery steps.
• Share product roadmap and release plans with teams.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer adoption of service tools.
• Coordinate with data exchange teams for business document processing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5+ years of experience in delivering Customer Services and Order Entry applications.
• Experience with SAP EDI, API, SAP Process Orchestration (PO), or SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) is a plus.
• Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and Agile methodologies is desired.
• Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Product and Agile Management methodology.
• Knowledge in Scrum framework.
• Familiarity with Jira (Atlassian) is a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP SD is mandatory.
