About the position

The Product Analyst role focuses on supporting digital products in eCommerce, specifically on web and app platforms. The analyst will collaborate with various teams to bring new digital features to market, manage Agile backlogs, and ensure the successful execution of both frontend and backend improvements.

Responsibilities

• Write detailed user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria to support the product roadmap.
• Facilitate backlog grooming, prioritize feature requests, and ensure alignment with stakeholder needs.
• Support product launches by conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) and preparing go-to-market plans.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate on frontend guest-facing functionality and backend system performance enhancements.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as standups, demos, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Provide documentation support, conduct industry research, and manage project logistics.

Requirements

• Proven experience working in Agile environments and participating in Scrum ceremonies.
• Proficient in writing user stories and managing Agile backlogs using tools such as Jira.
• Familiarity with both frontend and backend performance projects in an eCommerce or retail environment.
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst or similar role focused on eCommerce platforms.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, product managers, and technical teams.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline or relevant work experience.
• Familiarity with frontend and backend tools in eCommerce environments and experience with performance improvement projects.
