About the position
The FIS University Program is a two-year full-time initiative designed for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in the fintech industry. Participants will engage in team projects, community service, and professional development while receiving mentorship and performance feedback. The program includes a dedicated learning week and opportunities to network with senior leaders, making it an ideal starting point for a career in financial services and technology.
Responsibilities
- Provide content for product roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery and justifying any changes made.
- Prepare and present product roadmap reviews, outlining the product's strategic direction.
- Collaborate with senior management to create market messages and sales collateral, including RFPs.
- Complete business scope documents and define user personas for individual products.
- Research market and client needs to plan feature requirements for the product roadmap.
- Plan and execute projects within the product lifecycle.
- Support sales and marketing campaigns to promote specific products as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptability, a drive to learn, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well independently and within a team.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
- Knowledge of programming languages and software development.
