About the position

The Product Analyst position within the FIS University Program is designed for recent graduates to engage in a two-year full-time program that emphasizes professional development, teamwork, and community service. Participants will work on product roadmaps, collaborate with senior management, and contribute to the development of innovative fintech solutions while building a network of peers and leaders in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide content for product roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery and justifying any changes made.
• Prepare and present product roadmap reviews, outlining the product's strategic direction.
• Collaborate with senior management to create market messages, sales collateral, and RFPs as needed.
• Complete business scope documents and define user personas for individual products.
• Research market and client needs to plan feature requirements for the product roadmap.
• Plan and execute projects within the product lifecycle.
• Support sales and marketing campaigns to promote specific products as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptability, a drive to learn, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well independently and within a team.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Knowledge of programming languages and software development.
