About the position

The Senior Product Analyst plays a crucial role within the Product Management team at Truist, focusing on the analysis, design, and support of the Enterprise Authentication product platform. This position is essential for ensuring the continuous availability of data and key performance indicators (KPIs) that are vital for scorecards and ongoing analysis. The analyst will take ownership of foundational operational tasks, which include managing voice-of-client feedback and assisting in the management of demand intake for the team. Additionally, the role involves creating presentation materials for stakeholders, making it a highly visible position within the organization. In this role, the Senior Product Analyst will monitor digital trends and identify experience-related trends, business models, and enablers that align with core business needs. The analyst will lead data-driven market analysis, developing actionable recommendations that influence client experiences. Benchmarking Truist's products and services against competitors will be a key responsibility, helping to identify opportunities for concept testing and development. The analyst will also conduct research to support product findings and issue remediation, synthesizing insights to share with stakeholders across the organization. Furthermore, the Senior Product Analyst will coordinate research efforts with other analysts to ensure a comprehensive understanding of client insights and the competitive landscape. They will define and communicate reporting requirements to cross-functional teams during the software development lifecycle and support the development of digital roadmaps that reflect both client and teammate needs, as well as foundational technology capabilities.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, design, technology, or a related field.
  • Three or more years of experience in banking, financial services, digital, or relevant fields.
  • Two or more years of product, analysis, technology, or design experience.
  • Ability to manage concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and making independent decisions.
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid understanding of technology trends in the financial services industry.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly terminology.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office software products.
