About the position

As a Product Analyst in the FIS University Program, you will engage in the life cycle of North American Credit product applications, collaborating on the delivery of credit solutions to the market. This role involves working across all stages of the product life cycle, including design, process, manufacturing, testing, quality, and distribution, ensuring successful product modifications, upgrades, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Review/evaluate existing process and life cycle stages
• Organize/diagram existing processes working with cross-functional project teams
• Define/implement process improvements across the product life cycle
• Organize, facilitate, and lead process projects and change management
• May deliver presentations and training courses including measurement, analysis, improvement, and control.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluent in English; Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Adaptability, a drive to learn, and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well independently and within a team
