This position will play a critical role in driving the 12-18 months roadmap for our guest-facing digital solutions on the premises of the restaurant including Drive-thru, Curbside, and Dine-in experiences. The Product Analyst will be responsible for intaking and prioritizing consumer and business opportunities, defining core business requirements, and collaborating on the delivery of technology solutions from engineering and technology partners or vendors. The PA works closely with a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager to deliver new features and improve existing ones. They will regularly review the competitive landscape and business trends for opportunities. The job involves finding new ideas, helping to make the product strategy and vision, and ensuring that the backlog is kept for our delivery partners by working with stakeholders to collect and understand feature requirements. In our fast-paced environment, we often must switch gears at a moment's notice and take effective action without having a complete picture. The Product Analyst will proficiently manage detailed processes and projects to ensure product deliverables create value for Inspire Brands while also improving the Guest Experience. This position sits within our Atlanta Support Center with an expectation to be onsite 80% of the time.
