About the position

HCA Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Product Analyst II to support the Clinical Development & Innovation products through product feature development, implementation activities, and ongoing support. In this role, you will provide recognized knowledge of product features, functionality, and utilization of applications that are custom-developed by Clinical Development & Innovation. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying, mitigating, and escalating significant product issues, ensuring that you provide hands-on expertise to independently resolve service delivery or functionality issues with the product. This position requires frequent communication with end users, vendors, and internal partner teams to ensure smooth operations and effective problem resolution. As a Product Analyst II, you will continually mature your understanding of how business owners and practitioners utilize the product(s) by maintaining strong relationships with business partners and product users. You will contribute product knowledge to trainers, documenters, testers, and developers, leading product development activities associated with Clinical Development & Innovation products. This includes creating deliverables for the product development lifecycle, implementation, and support while acting as a subject matter expert (SME) for the product. You will lead cross-functional teams to execute the product roadmap, making strategic decisions and prioritizing product features. Additionally, you will collaboratively work with other Clinical Development & Innovation analysts on product management to maintain and enhance documentation for implementation, support, and toolkits. Your role will also involve leading demos and presentations—both internal and external—to increase awareness of Clinical Development & Innovation products and features. Providing continual operational support to field operations by troubleshooting issues and support tickets in a timely manner is essential, as is assisting with change requests and maintaining a backlog for development activities. You will ensure that open support tickets are closed in a timely manner that meets or exceeds product SLAs, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills while working on diverse and complex projects.
