About the position

The Product Analyst II position at HCA Healthcare is designed for individuals who are passionate about improving patient care through data analysis and technology. This role involves working within the Physician Services Group to design, develop, test, and support interfaces across the enterprise, ensuring high-quality and efficient care delivery. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams and utilize various tools and standards to manage interface projects and support the eClinicalWorks application.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support interfaces across the enterprise.
• Work with cross-functional business teams to gather specifications and implement solutions.
• Manage the lifecycle of interface projects at PSG.
• Assist the Solution Delivery team with the eClinicalWorks application, including testing for version upgrades.
• Lead troubleshooting activities to resolution.
• Create clear and concise documentation on design and operational topics.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, modeling, and visualization.
• Technical experience with Microsoft SQL Server or other DBMS.
• Experience with Cloverleaf and BizTalk.
• Familiarity with HL7 messaging standards and EHRs.
• Strong analytical and design skills with excellent written and verbal communication.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of Clinical and Financial Applications.
• Experience with EMR or Practice Management Systems such as E-Clinical Works, Medicity, Epic, GE Centricity, NextGen.
• Expertise in FHIR API standards.
