About the position

The Product Analyst II at Sarah Cannon Research Institute plays a crucial role in enhancing financial and clinical research solutions. This position involves strategic engagement with colleagues and customers to understand workflows, define requirements, and design products that meet customer needs. The analyst will collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure successful product delivery, while also providing support and expertise to resolve service delivery issues.

Responsibilities

  • Provide subject matter expertise on financial and clinical research solutions.
  • Engage collaboratively with colleagues and customers to understand user workflows and define requirements.
  • Work closely with development teams to implement new features that address customer needs.
  • Assist other analysts and technical team members to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Identify product and process gaps and lead enhancement efforts.
  • Translate technology needs into system requirements and design specifications.
  • Prepare system development artifacts such as requirements and process flow documentation.
  • Create standardized programmatic reports for the enterprise.
  • Optimize software usage with enterprise and site users.
  • Streamline operations and enhance service delivery.
  • Provide tier 2 customer support to end users.
  • Manage multiple priorities and assist in task prioritization.
  • Ensure timely completion of Product Analyst deliverables.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in business with a proven delivery track record.
  • Oncology product development and/or clinical research experience with 21 CFR Part 11.
  • Advanced subject matter experience of a service line application.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of business process improvement, workflows, and data modeling specific to 21 CFR Part 11.
  • Ability to analyze alternative approaches in IT system development and operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn and apply new technologies and processes.
  • Working knowledge of scrum and agile project delivery methodologies.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in clinical research and oncology product development.
  • Familiarity with 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.
