About the position

The Product Analyst III at Modine Manufacturing Company is responsible for supporting the design and manufacturing processes by preparing and checking assembly and parts drawings, managing Bills of Materials, and assisting various departments with coil design issues. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and proficiency in using computer software for drafting and design. The position is onsite in Grenada, MS, and may require working later afternoons and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and check assembly and parts drawings per sketches, customer drawings and descriptions
• Prepare and check Bills of Materials
• Assist Sales, Marketing and Manufacturing with problems concerning coil design
• Troubleshoot floor problems
• Mark-up 'M' type drawings
• Create confirmations for work orders
• Edit BOMs for orders
• Answer sales questions on manufacturing and drafting capabilities

Requirements

• High school diploma required; some college preferred
• Experience with SolidWorks
• Ability to design and detail mechanical drawings from sketches with limited information
• Ability to read, write and comprehend fractions and decimals
• Ability to interpret drawings and check accuracy
• Knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus

Nice-to-haves

• Coil Design experience
• Knowledge of Drafting (CAD) software and Blueprint Reading
