About the position

The Product Analyst role at Kyyba focuses on supporting the Contract Booking and Funding journey within the Originations Transformation team. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the new platform meets user needs and aligns with business objectives. The analyst will advocate for the product vision and contribute to the strategic direction and roadmap of the transformation goals.

Responsibilities

• Review existing processes and help create future state process maps.
• Review and validate finalized future state process maps.
• Collaborate with product managers and development teams to define product requirements, create user stories, and prioritize features related to booking and funding user-interface.
• Configure and review the new platform and build workflows.
• Update process documentation post-configuration.
• Perform testing and business sign-off, informing business stakeholders.
• Formalize design decisions and refine the product backlog.
• Build integrations for validated business processes.

Requirements

• Experience working with agile software delivery teams.
• Experience with UAT testing and/or configurations.
