The SAFe Product & Portfolio Analyst position is a long-term ongoing role with a direct banking client, requiring a hybrid work schedule based in Vienna, where the candidate will work two days a week in the office and three days remotely. This role is crucial for supporting the overall portfolio management processes within the Agile Project Management Office (APMO). The analyst will assist in the analysis, discovery, and reporting of project portfolios, ensuring that they align with the strategic objectives of the organization. The successful candidate will collaborate with various business and cross-functional teams to maintain portfolio data in Azure DevOps (ADO) and support the APMO team with ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed. They will perform portfolio segmentation analysis to categorize and prioritize projects effectively, develop and track portfolio metrics to assess performance and strategic alignment, and prepare comprehensive reports for executive stakeholders. Additionally, the analyst will be responsible for developing Lean Business Cases based on their findings and insights from the data. This position requires a strong proficiency in product and portfolio analysis, with expertise in portfolio segmentation and metrics analysis. The analyst will need to have a solid background in creating executive-level reports and presentations, as well as experience with Azure DevOps for portfolio management, metrics, and dashboards. Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI is also essential, along with advanced analytical skills focused on data interpretation and insights. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are critical for success in this role, as is the ability to communicate complex information effectively to various stakeholders. Knowledge of agile methodologies and Lean Portfolio Management practices is also required.
