About the position

WellSky is seeking a Solutions / Product Analyst to enhance its Learning Management Solution platform. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements, manage a complex roadmap, and deliver world-class solutions to clients. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical and project management skills, ensuring effective prioritization and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead scrum team ceremonies and facilitate collaboration to deliver committed features and software.
• Manage requirements in JIRA and ensure availability to the scrum team.
• Collaborate and track prioritization while adhering to agile development principles with support from the Solution Manager.
• Evaluate data, including user metrics and market research, to suggest product enhancements.
• Maintain current solution documentation and support compliance processes.
• Gather success criteria data and report on solution metrics, KPIs, and client adoption.
• Demonstrate and articulate current and emerging solution features to internal stakeholders.
• Facilitate collaboration with stakeholders to reach consensus for user stories/projects.
• Create user stories based on defined requirements for small to medium-sized projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years related work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite Applications.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Moodle, CS-Cart.
• Experience with systems integrations (HL7, FHIR, APIs).
• Experience with JIRA and agile development methodology.
