About the position

The Product Analyst - Liquidity & Revenue Management is responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of assigned banking products. This role involves leading research, analysis, design, development, pricing, and implementation of new products, as well as modifications and enhancements to existing products. The analyst will manage cross-enterprise teams to create business cases, measure service levels and profitability, and ensure an excellent customer experience. Collaboration with various departments such as Product Management, Marketing, Operations, and IT is essential throughout all phases of product development and rollout.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete lifecycle of assigned banking products.
  • Lead research and analysis for the design, development, and implementation of new products.
  • Perform market research to monitor trends and make recommendations to product suite and pricing strategy.
  • Develop business cases, obtain approvals, and monitor results and effectiveness of service delivery.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to the sales, delivery, and implementation of assigned products.
  • Oversee the conversion of customers into new and existing product lines.
  • Serve as the liaison to the IT department for assigned products.
  • Ensure product suite compliance with applicable banking laws and regulations.
  • Develop and distribute communication and performance reporting to stakeholders and management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of Banking / Financial Services industry experience required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in product management or a combination of product management and development, project management, or data analytics preferred.
  • 1+ year of direct knowledge and experience with product pricing and billing systems.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and collaborative skills required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with XAA preferred.
  • Experience with business liquidity solutions for clients of all sizes.
  • Experience creating training materials, communications, and presentations for senior executives and sales teams required.
