About the position

The Product Analyst - Liquidity & Revenue Management is responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of the assigned suite of banking products. This role involves leading the research, analysis, design, development, pricing, and implementation of new products, as well as modifications and enhancements to existing products. The Product Analyst will manage cross-enterprise matrixed teams for assigned products to create and manage business cases, measure ongoing service levels and profitability, and ensure an excellent customer experience. In this position, the Product Analyst will create and lead business strategy development and delivery in conjunction with business partners. Close collaboration with Product Managers, Marketing, Operations, and IT is essential throughout all phases of product development and rollout. The Product Analyst will also assist management in identifying, assessing, and implementing risk control procedures related to assigned products and channels. Key responsibilities include product reporting and analytics, fee and pricing management for both consumer and business products, managing billing processes, facilitating pricing changes, and conducting annual pricing reviews for all products and accounts. The role also involves owning updates to pricing models and fee schedules, ensuring compliance with applicable banking laws and regulations, and developing communication strategies for stakeholders and management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete lifecycle of assigned banking products.
  • Lead research, analysis, design, development, pricing, and implementation of new products.
  • Modify and enhance existing products as needed.
  • Manage cross-enterprise matrixed teams to create and manage business cases.
  • Measure ongoing service levels and profitability of products.
  • Deliver an excellent customer experience through effective product management.
  • Develop and deliver business strategy in conjunction with business partners.
  • Perform market research to monitor trends and make recommendations to product suite and pricing strategy.
  • Develop business cases, obtain approvals, and monitor results and effectiveness of service delivery.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to sales, delivery, and implementation of assigned products.
  • Serve as the liaison to the IT department for assigned products.
  • Ensure product suite compliance with applicable banking laws and regulations.
  • Develop and apply understanding of performance, revenue, cost drivers, and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of Banking / Financial Services industry experience is required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in product management or a combination of product management and development, project management, or data analytics is preferred.
  • 1+ year of direct knowledge and experience with product pricing and billing systems.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and collaborative skills are required.
  • Conceptual / strategic aptitude is required.
  • Experience with business liquidity solutions for clients of all sizes is preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with XAA preferred.
  • Experience creating training materials, communications, and presentations for senior executives and sales teams required.
