About the position

The MDM Product Analyst role in Austin, TX, is a contract position focused on supporting New Product Introduction (NPI), sustaining, and compliance system readiness. The analyst will work closely with various partners to troubleshoot issues, manage multiple projects, and ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout the process. This position requires strong analytical skills, system knowledge, and the ability to communicate effectively across teams.

Responsibilities

• Support NPI, Sustaining, and compliance System Readiness.
• Work with upstream and downstream partners to troubleshoot and triage tickets.
• Manage program implementation of Agile ECR, ECO, and MCO analysis.
• Process submissions to minimize processing time, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Communicate project status effectively to stakeholders.
• Identify areas of improvement in current processes and develop strategies to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience with Agile methodologies.
• 10 years of experience with SAP.
• 10 years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM).
• 10 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and Tableau.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with system configuration management.
• Knowledge of Change Management & Document Control processes.
