About the position

The Product Analyst will join the Product Management team at Midco, focusing on developing long-term strategies to enhance customer success. This hybrid role involves leading projects, conducting business analysis, and executing parts of the broader product strategy while representing Midco professionally in various interactions.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Product Management team in developing and implementing long-term strategies for Midco products.
• Manage a variety of internal projects, leading cross-functional teams in a timely and organized manner.
• Manage monthly and quarterly reporting on business performance, including building and updating financial models and pricing tools.
• Lead analysis of the product offering in the industry landscape, focusing on pricing, features, selling points, and fulfillment processes.
• Proactively identify opportunities for product improvement and execute viable recommendations.
• Maintain, update, and communicate product feature updates, new market opportunities, or regulation updates under the direction of the Product Management team.
• Advocate for the product through presentations and interactions throughout Midco.
• Compile timely, comprehensive, and accurate documentation and reports as requested.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Exceptional writing skills and the ability to simplify complex topics.
• 1-2 years of previous product management or analytics experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a technical environment and lead a cross-functional team.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively build team relationships.
• Propensity to learn is essential.
