About the position

The Product Analyst will join the Global Fulfillment organization, focusing on the Outbound Logistics Fulfillment Systems, particularly the parcel engine. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance customer experience, writing robust requirements, prioritizing the backlog, and working closely with engineering teams to ensure quality software delivery. The analyst will document product needs, user impacts, and desired outcomes to support the Fulfillment roadmap effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Document and drive user stories and acceptance criteria to completion across functions.
  • Gather business and functional requirements and translate them into project requirements, plans, and charters.
  • Support the product intake process through qualitative and quantitative analysis and assist in project go-lives with operational and system impact analysis.
  • Develop specialized knowledge of industry trends and standards to introduce continual process, tool, and methodology improvements.
  • Partner with Product Manager(s) to support the delivery of defined business capabilities and value within the project scope.
  • Coordinate the product intake process to administer, document, and evaluate new requests for prioritization into the product backlog.
  • Advise on product intake requests by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide meaningful insights.
  • Coordinate with the product management team to provide status reports and Steering Committee updates for the product roadmap.
  • Administer and support tools utilized by the product management team, including toolkits, trackers, and roadmaps.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in Product Management, Project Management, Business Analysis, Business Systems Analysis, or a similar role.
  • Experience in Outbound Logistics, including parcel engine, parcel carrier management, carrier label creation, pack to ship systems, conveyor sorts, DCMS, carrier API, transportation tracking, and freight loading.
  • Strong ability to build process flows using tools like Visio or Jira.
  • Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Access.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with key business partners and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work and deliver in changing and fast-paced environments under limited guidance while adhering to specified deadlines and budgets.
