About the position

The Product Analyst role at Insight Global involves working remotely within the Quality and Compliance team to support the implementation of a new tool, SAP BRH, which integrates with SAP S4. The position focuses on collaborating with stakeholders to gather business requirements, ensuring compliance in a GXP environment, and participating in various testing phases. The analyst will also draft compliance plans and oversee deliverables while contributing to digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
• Work closely with SAP BRH (Batch Release Hub) for automated product release, integrating with SAP S4.
• Map process flows, ensuring compliance in a GXP environment.
• Write user stories and upload them into JIRA.
• Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing), IFT (Integration Testing), and BFT (Business Functionality Testing).
• Draft compliance plans and oversee deliverables.
• Partner in digital transformation programs, process harmonization, and LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems) initiatives.
• Conduct 24 different release checks to ensure final product release.

Requirements

• Initiative, drive, and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in JIRA, SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
• Process flow mapping.
• Familiarity with GXP processes and validated systems.
• Knowledge of batch release processes and downstream implications.
• Highly visible experience in a similar role.

• Open to some travel - Puerto Rico or NJ 3-4 times a year paid by the client.
