Responsibilities

• Support the Loss Prevention team's backlog refinement, including user story estimation and testing considerations.
• Communicate requirements and solutions clearly, helping to build consensus within the stakeholder group.
• Utilize Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience as a Product Analyst or Business Analyst.
• 3 years of experience in the retail industry.
• 3 years of experience in loss prevention.
• 1 year of experience with SAFe methodologies.
• 1 year of experience with Agile methodologies.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with loss prevention software such as Genetec or Appriss.
