About the position

The Product Analyst role at T. Rowe Price focuses on enhancing the shopping experience for individual investors. This position involves analyzing client segments, determining technical requirements, and collaborating with internal and external partners to drive business results. The analyst will ensure that shopping experiences align with the overall business strategy and deliver a consistent client experience through testing, optimization, and personalization. The role requires a strong understanding of business goals and the ability to manage the end-to-end delivery process in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

  • Write and maintain requirements in the form of user stories for experiences in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and non-AEM applications.
  • Define reusable solutions/shared components and templates.
  • Provide direction to cross-functional teams, including marketing, technology, and design associates.
  • Plan with team members to ensure a strategic, complementary release schedule and work with the product owner to identify necessary operational changes stemming from a release.
  • Research a variety of activities, dependencies, gaps, or other critical items relevant to assigned clients or projects.
  • Complete data collection and documentation related to client projects and identify issue resolution.
  • Coordinate business resources across the firm needed to complete standard projects.
  • Analyze data to recommend solutions to senior client experience staff that will improve client experience, execute strategic initiatives, and achieve operational efficiency.
  • Use relationships across the business to facilitate business change and improvements.
  • Support specific initiatives that help meet key performance indicators, operational efficiencies, or nondiscretionary compliance projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 2+ years of total relevant work experience.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and/or Sitecore, inclusive of authoring.
  • Experience with Adobe Target and/or similar testing optimization platforms.
  • Experience with ADA/508 Compliance.
  • Ability to translate and simplify complex business and technical requirements.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence decisions.
