About the position

The Product Analysis Senior Role at Freddie Mac is a pivotal position within the Customer Technologies division, focusing on the Single-Family Loan Selling Advisor product management team. This role is responsible for conducting analysis to develop and drive the product vision, particularly for the Pricing Manager Application (PMA) modernization. The position aims to enhance the accessibility and affordability of homeownership and rental housing across the nation by supporting the end-to-end product strategy and ensuring alignment with business priorities.

Responsibilities

• Understand the business strategy for prioritization of the product backlog.
• Use data & analytics to identify requirements and acceptance criteria needed for implementation.
• Work with the team to develop offering solutions across an extensive range of external systems.
• Interact with internal customers and subject matter authorities to acquire feedback on solutions and design.
• Provide analytical support for product management.
• Support the end-to-end product strategy from inception and drive business value once the solution enters production.
• Ensure alignment of product features by reviewing, giving feedback, and prioritizing user stories in line with product vision.
• Facilitate collaboration of cross-organizational teams to establish, develop, implement, and roll out new and enhanced capabilities.

Requirements

• College Degree or equivalent experience; advanced studies/degree preferred.
• Typically has 5 - 7 years related experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of mortgage-related experience with validated experience in secondary mortgage and sophisticated data-related work.
• Strong data analytic skills and proven track record understanding business needs.
• Experience working using the Agile methodology with active participation in Agile ceremonies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving thought processes, translating results into user stories.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to facilitate meetings and work across Product teams.

• Hands-on experience performing sophisticated business analysis tasks that support business direction.
• Ability to work effectively with various teams across Freddie Mac organization, including Ops, COTS, Sales, etc.
• Experience working with Modern Delivery teams.
