About the position

The Product Analyst will be working with fulfillment systems pre-distribution center. These systems are primarily packaged software but require a high degree of configuration and/or customization to meet business partners' needs, and therefore require collaboration in the full ideation and development of capabilities in the Inbound Logistics, Distribution Operations, Engineering, Trade, and Outbound Logistics space. The Product Analyst will work with product fulfillment systems counterparts, project leaders, and operational leaders to understand upcoming capabilities and help to scope out the customer experience. They will collaborate with dependent product teams to ensure that the end-to-end implementation journey is thorough and thoughtful. They will also support in writing robust requirements, prioritize the backlog, and work closely with the engineering teams to deliver and test quality software. Understanding agile product concepts as well as experience in material and product lab testing, chemical management and/or product inspection systems is highly preferable.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product fulfillment systems counterparts, project leaders, and operational leaders to understand upcoming capabilities.
  • Scope out the customer experience for fulfillment systems.
  • Work with dependent product teams to ensure thorough end-to-end implementation.
  • Write robust requirements and prioritize the backlog.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to deliver and test quality software.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of agile experience in Product Management or equivalent role (SAFE methodology preferred).
  • Experience using or implementing systems to support material and product lab testing, chemical management, and/or product inspections.
  • Upstream supply chain experience (pre-distribution center) to understand leveraging systems to support products.
  • Experience with SQL and/or Reporting.
  • Experience in any of the following: Apparel, Footwear, Accessories.
  • Quick learner, self-starter, initiative taker, and a great communicator.
  • Experience with systems that are collecting data from factories (e.g., Inspections data).
