As a Product Analyst at Reynolds and Reynolds, you will play a crucial role in writing designs, testing, and supporting software applications tailored for the automotive dealership industry. This position involves acting as a liaison between various teams to ensure projects progress smoothly from ideation to implementation. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met while performing quality assurance and monitoring application functionality against specifications.

Responsibilities

• Write designs for software applications.
• Test and support software applications for dealerships.
• Act as a liaison between teams including Change Management, Programming, and Support.
• Manage multiple simultaneous projects, deadlines, and deliverables effectively.
• Perform quality assurance and monitor application functionality against specifications and requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; technical discipline preferred, but not required.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to plan and set deadlines and a willingness to meet them.

Nice-to-haves

• Dealership or Reynolds and Reynolds experience is a plus.
