About the position

The Product Analyst role at Dexian involves utilizing business analyst techniques to support Agile teams in product development. Responsibilities

• Conduct elicitation and analysis of current and future state processes.
• Create flow diagrams and benchmark data to support product development.
• Develop business rules and perform risk analysis for product features.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing and ensure product documentation is comprehensive.
• Collaborate with Agile teams to write epics and user stories.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis techniques.
• Demonstrated experience in an Agile environment, particularly within a scrum team.
• Proficiency with Agile backlog management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Strong writing skills for analysis, including epics and stories.
• Excellent soft skills, critical thinking, and communication abilities.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• CPAB/CSPO Certification.
