About the position

The Product Analyst role is essential for ensuring an exceptional customer experience through effective digital product delivery. This position involves managing the product lifecycle, gathering user requirements, and coordinating testing efforts to align with business objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage product lifecycle for assigned products under the direction of the Product Owner
• Gather and write user stories and acceptance criteria based on stakeholder needs
• Maintain industry knowledge and insight to inform product roadmap
• Coordinate and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with a focus on customer experience
• Analyze support issues to identify trends and improvement opportunities

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in Product Management, Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or a similar role
• 3+ years of digital experience
• Strong technical understanding, with the ability to translate to non-technical partners
• Experience with Agile Product Team environments
• Proficiency in documenting technical processes
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
