Capstone Search Group is seeking a Product Analyst to join their growing team in Denver, Colorado. This role is pivotal within a tech-enabled specialty Commercial Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance company. The Product Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and communicating critical information that provides insights into the growth and profitability of the commercial insurance products offered by the company. This position requires a professional who is comfortable operating independently and thrives in an entrepreneurial environment. As an early member of the team, the Product Analyst will have significant opportunities for responsibility and ownership, contributing to the strategic direction of the product offerings. In this role, the Product Analyst will apply their analytical skills to discover trends and investigate underlying causes that affect product performance. The responsibilities include querying and analyzing data using tools such as SAS SQL, PowerBI, and Excel spreadsheets. The analyst will leverage data to support regulatory filings and statistical reporting, ensuring compliance and accuracy in reporting.
