About the position

Infosys is seeking a Product Analyst. This position's primary responsibility will be to help clients with strategy definition, value realization, implementation, and operations. The role holder will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options, and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design, architecture, and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions. The ideal candidate must be located within commuting distance of Charlotte, NC / New York, NY & Jersey City, NJ or be willing to relocate to the area. The position requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology is required, along with strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills that enable the translation of business data analysis into actionable tasks. Experience in Agile development framework, product lifecycle development, and JIRA is essential, as well as proficiency in Power BI. The preferred qualifications include at least 8 years of working experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst, and at least 6 years of experience in quantitative and qualitative analytical skills. The candidate should have the ability to deliver results in a techno-functional role, proficiency in SQL programming, and a deep understanding of Capital Markets and Credit Rating Agencies. The role also requires the ability to identify risks and issues and propose improvements, as well as the ability to author thorough, detailed, high-quality documentation, including customer journey maps, user stories, use cases, and test scripts. The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time, and the candidate should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.

Requirements
