About the position

The Product Analyst at ThoroughCare, Inc. plays a crucial role in designing innovative healthcare solutions. This position involves collaborating with software developers and product managers to enhance the healthcare platform, ensuring it meets the needs of healthcare providers and patients. The analyst will leverage their expertise in product management and business analysis to contribute to the development of user stories, manage stakeholder relationships, and advocate for market needs throughout the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strong functional business knowledge and technical understanding of ThoroughCare products and technology platforms.
  • Write user stories and contribute to team sprints.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders to achieve project goals and support successful adoption of ThoroughCare applications.
  • Identify potential roadblocks and develop recommendations for delivery issues and change requests.
  • Monitor industry assessments to provide insights into the competitive landscape and best practices.
  • Advocate for market needs throughout the development process, ensuring compliance with healthcare industry standards.
  • Balance business functionality with technical requirements to support customer needs.
  • Contribute to cross-functional teamwork within the agile project lifecycle.
  • Demonstrate leadership in defining business systems requirements and project objectives.
  • Perform other duties as requested.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or technology system analyst roles.
  • Experience in a software development environment, including eliciting and organizing business/system requirements.
  • Knowledge of software development life cycle and methodologies, particularly Agile.
  • Strong analytical, requirements management, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience in the healthcare management industry or software solutions for healthcare clients is preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills to influence decision-making across teams and management levels.
  • Ability to establish effective working relationships in a team environment.
  • Experience with Agile-based product and software development environments.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Visio, or equivalent software.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Software testing experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with issue tracking/project management tools like Jira is a plus.
