About the position

As a Product Analyst, you will oversee the entire product life cycle, focusing on the technical, functional, and business aspects of our products. This role involves acting as a liaison between various cross-functional teams, including Change Management, Design, Software Development, and the Call Center. You will manage multiple projects and deadlines while ensuring effective communication regarding product delivery. Additionally, you will be responsible for testing software applications to ensure they meet quality standards and align with client business goals. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, time-sensitive environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the product life cycle including technical, functional, and business foundations.
• Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams such as Change Management, Design, Software Development, and the Call Center.
• Effectively manage multiple simultaneous projects, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Communicate overall product delivery to the team.
• Test a variety of software applications to ensure high quality and alignment with client business goals.

Requirements

• A degree with a technical or business emphasis preferred or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of business intelligence and data analytics.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to identify issues, research, and solve problems.
• Automotive or dealership experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years.
